After the success of its earlier projects in hospitality (Alpa City Suites) and commercial spaces (A.D. Gothong IT Center and Alpa Centrum), Cebu-based developer Alpa Land, Inc. is building its first residential quadruplex townhouses in Peace Valley, Lahug, Cebu City.
Alpa Land president and chief executive officer Barbara Gothong-Tan said: “We are very excited about this project. The location itself is very strategic. It is just a 10-minute drive to Ayala Center, and also within a 3-kilometer radius, you will find churches (St. Therese, Church of Latter Day Saints, Redemptorist, Sacred Heart Parish), shopping malls (JY Square, SM, Ayala), Asiatown IT Park, schools (UP, USP Springdale, Sacred Heart, St. Theresa’s, St. Benedict’s), and even hospitals (Cebu Doctors’ and Chong Hua Hospital).”
She said Alpa has the buyers in mind when it designed the units, ensuring that they get the true value for their investments.
Each unit will have three or four bedrooms, two toilet and bath, a powder room, and a separate maid’s room with toilet and bath and two carports each.
The master’s bedroom comes with an ensuite toilet and bath and private balcony. All bedrooms will have full modular closets. Another special feature is the individual stainless water tank in each unit, which is not normally found in townhouse projects.
The two-storey units will have a floor area of 111 sq.m. or more. Construction is already in progress, and the project is expected to be completed in March 2011.
Alpa Land, Inc. is a subsidiary of A.D. Gothong Group Holdings, Inc.
