Avida Land, the affordable housing arm of Ayala Land Inc., makes it easy for the younger market segment to own a unit in its second Avida Towers Riala condominium by relaxing downpayment terms, a company executive said.
Tess Tatco, Avida Land marketing manager, said they’ve stretched the period for the 20 percent downpayment to 36 months. A typical call center agent can easily afford the three-year monthly payments of P10,800, she pointed out. Avida Land is the affordable housing arm of Ayala Land Inc. in Cebu, Philippines.
Project officer Carlo Aldaba said the first two Avida Towers Riala will be mirror images of each other, having the same 27 residential floors with a maximum of 23 units each level.
Avida Land launched its second tower last Saturday, February 16, as the first condominium building was already 83 percent sold, explained Tatco.
Launched last May, the first tower will start construction any day now, Aldaba said, adding it is set for completion by November 2015. Completion of Tower 2 is set for July 2016.
According to Aldaba, there are three kinds of units available at Avida Towers Riala: studio is priced from P1.9 to P2.2 million, one-bedroom is from P4.1 to P4.4 million, while two-bedroom is P5.5 to P5.9 million.
Avida Towers Riala is Avida Land’s second residential development and it is a five-tower cluster to be built at the Cebu IT Park.
According to the project brief, the lower ground floors of Avida Towers Riala will house exclusive residential parking lots and the residential lobbies for Towers 1 and 2 while the upper ground floor will house retail areas and parking slots, lawn, kiddie pool, multi-purpose room, and residential lobbies for Towers 3, 4, and 5.
The first to third podium levels will house exclusive residential parking slots. Residential floors will start at the sixth level.
Its amenities include a lawn almost half a hectare in size, courtyard and private gardens, shooting court, swimming pools, jogging trails, and exclusive parking.
