Calyx Centre, first green hybrid building in Cebu City, Philippines, is rising in Asiatown IT Park.
This organic building is inspired by calyx, the cradle of a flower, and is designed by top architectural firm Aidea Philippines, Inc.
The condominium unit has a total of 221 units, and with only a maximum of nine units per wing. Its studio rooms may be merged and a single unit is below 2.5 million pesos. It also has 2- and 3- bedroom units with balconies.
A total of 2,300 square meters of space in the condiminium is set aside for the clubhouse, gym, wifi lounge, laundromat, function rooms, swimming pool, and gardens on the 10th floor. Residential units start on the 11th floor.
A private lobby is found in the ground floor and there are three spacious passenger elevators for the residential tower.
Retail and bank services are found in the ground floor and condominium unit owners have easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, hotels, and schools.
Units are ready for turnover in 2012.
At the Cebu Business Park, Calyx Residences will soon rise in response to the clamor for more green hybrid buildings.
