Crown Asia, a subsidiary of Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., is set to launch Crown Residences, its first condominium project in Cebu City.
Crown Residences is a Spanish-Italian inspired home located within the Pasadena community in Barangay Guadalupe in Cebu City.
“The idea is to offer to Cebu a condominium that is not constricting. With its limited number of floors and units, Crown Residences will highlight what Cebu truly is – cosmopolitan yet relaxing, a bustling city yet with a pleasant laid-back feel,” Camella Communities Cebu General Manager Jasmin Alviola said in a press statement.
