Colourfield Land Development Corp. recently held the blessing and opening of its first residential development venture—Northfield Residences in Canduman, Mandaue City.
The project currently features nine model houses that are already ready for occupancy, according to a Sun.Star Cebu report.
The developer, Colourfield Land Development Corp., is the property company of Cebu Belmont Inc., a 36-year-old company in Cebu.
Northfield Residences is located on Don Sergio Suico St. in Canduman, Mandaue City and can be accessed through different routes in Barangays Canduman, Talamban and Cabancalan. It is at a walking distance from the Sacred Heart School-Jesuits and is just a five-minute drive from a community market, commercial shops, churches and the North General Hospital.
The community is mixed-residential and offers three unit types—the Midori townhouses, Celadon duplexes and single-detached Jade units. The company said the development offers wide open spaces to highligh lush green surroundings.
Colourfield Land Development Corp. president Chester Lim said they are partnering with Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. (PLDT) for the provision of Internet-based security cameras for home owners.
Lim said their two-storey housing units follow “a contemporary Asian architecture theme” with a linear garden area, car garage, laundry and utility areas and provisions for telephone and cable TV connection.
