Alpha Land Inc.’s first quadruplex townhouses

After the success of its earlier projects in hospitality (Alpa City Suites) and commercial spaces (A.D. Gothong IT Center and Alpa Centrum), Cebu-based developer Alpa Land, Inc. is building its first residential quadruplex townhouses in Peace Valley, Lahug, Cebu City.

Alpa Land president and chief executive officer Barbara Gothong-Tan said: “We are very excited about this project. The location itself is very strategic. It is just a 10-minute drive to Ayala Center, and also within a 3-kilometer radius, you will find churches (St. Therese, Church of Latter Day Saints, Redemptorist, Sacred Heart Parish), shopping malls (JY Square, SM, Ayala), Asiatown IT Park, schools (UP, USP Springdale, Sacred Heart, St. Theresa’s, St. Benedict’s), and even hospitals (Cebu Doctors’ and Chong Hua Hospital).”

The Cebu chapter of the National Real Estate Association (NREA)nc. is holding a seminar for upcoming real estate brokers and salesmen in January and February.

Licensed brokers may also attend any of the seminars scheduled on the following dates in 2011 — 29 and 30 in January and 5, 6, 12, 13, 19 and 20 in February — to comply with a Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) requirement for license renewal.

The seminar, duly approved by the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service, will be held at the Sacred Heart Center on D. Jakosalem St. in Cebu City.
