Cebu, as with many other key cities in the Philippines, still retains vestiges of its Hispanic past. Among the areas in Cebu where you can find many Spanish-era houses and mansions is Sepulveda St.
Now, the area will have a stronger Hispanic atmosphere with the construction of the Spanish inspired residential condominium Spianada.
The project is a cluster of 4 10-storey mid-rise buildings with a central square. The condo development will have 64 units that will feature three unit types: studio, one-bedroom with balcony and two-bedroom with balcony.
Spianada will provide facilities for contemporary living such as a clubhouse, pool, gym, playground, and a garden and fountain area. Spianada is a joint venture of Nexland Estate Ventures, Inc. and Land Caster Estate Ventures, Inc., subsidiaries of Exeland Inc.
